In this book, the fact that the character Pétala and her dad collected many objects on the street and brought to their house to make a garden, inspired me to draw a lot of objects, nonstop! After, it was time to paint everything and then give to Débora Ochoa, so she could do the book layout, which was exquisite. Pétala’s garden was a success and showed that anyone can create a garden, no matter where they live.
