This book has flowers of all shapes, sizes and colors. To illustrate the character Juvenal’s multicolored gardens, I chose to use thick brush strokes of acrylic paint on thick paper, just like cardboard. The purpose was to imitate those oil landscape paintings. After the scanning process, some minute details were added to the drawing with Photoshop, such as a few birds, bees and butterflies. This book was chosen for the “Indaiatuba City Hall Collection” in 2008 and the “Ayrton Senna Institute’s Collection” in 2016 and 2017.
